How do I install my Moom light?

All of our lights must be installed by a qualified electrician, unless they have a plug for an electrical socket (e.g. table lights).

Which bulb should I choose?

Each Moom light comes with a complementary bulb. Should you require another, please visit the individual product page and scroll down to the details section to discover the recommended bulb.

How do I clean my Moom light?

To clean, turn off the power and wipe with lint-free cloth.

Can I request different colours to the ones shown?

We might be able to offer bespoke colours depending on the colour. If you have an idea in mind, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Do you offer any discounts?

We currently offer a 10% discount code to use on your first order when you subscribe to our newsletter. You may have seen a sign-up form pop up when you first visited our website, which can also be found at the bottom of our homepage.

How will my Moom light arrive?

Each Moom light arrives in a custom-made box, ensuring it is well-supported in transit. We designed each box to minimise packaging, while providing a safe and secure way to transport our lights.

To what standards do Moom lights adhere?

Our lights are UKCA rated. Proof of compliance can be provided upon request.
