To which countries does Moom deliver?
At present, we only sell products within the UK and ship to UK addresses. However, if you would like to purchase a product within the UK and have it shipped elsewhere, please contact our Customer Support team to discuss special delivery arrangements.
How much does Moom charge for postage?
We offer free UK delivery as standard for all of our lights.
When will I receive my order?
Because Moom lights are handmade to order, we have a lead time of up to 3 weeks from when you purchase your order to the day it’s delivered to your door.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can keep an eye out for your Moom parcel.
What is Moom’s returns policy?
Although our products are handmade to order, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we offer 14 days to return your goods.
Please inspect the product(s) for quality once you have received your delivery and reach out to our Customer Support team in the case of any issue. We will, of course, return, refund or replace any item that arrives damaged.
If a product is perfect* but not quite perfect for you, simply reach out to our team to organise a return. All items must be undamaged and unused. Except for in the case of damaged goods, the customer is responsible for postage costs and the condition and delivery of the item until it has reached our workshop.
*As our products are handcrafted, each one will be individual.
